Olga Pulyaeva was appointed General Manager of Carlsberg Singapore in 2026.

Olga joined Carlsberg Group in 2012 and brings over 15 years of international experience in the FMCG and brewing industry. An MBA graduate of INSEAD, she has held a range of commercial and marketing leadership positions across Europe and Asia, developing a strong track record in driving business growth, strengthening brands, leading transformation initiatives, and building high-performing teams.

Prior to her appointment as General Manager of Carlsberg Singapore, Olga served as Marketing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia, where she led the company's marketing strategy and portfolio development. Her international experience has equipped her with deep expertise in consumer marketing, commercial excellence, and brand building across diverse markets.

As General Manager, Olga is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of Carlsberg Singapore, overseeing the company's strategic and operational functions across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, people, and corporate affairs.
