Reinoud assumed his position as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Breweries (Singapore), part of the HEINEKEN company, in August 2023.

As Managing Director of APB Singapore, Reinoud is responsible for the overall management of the company’s strategic and operational functions, covering sales and marketing, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, human resources and corporate affairs. 

​

Reinoud brings with him a rich 16-year experience with HEINEKEN where he honed his positively energizing leadership style with a passion for driving results and progress as well as a genuine care for people development and sustainability.  

​

Before his appointment as Managing Director of APB Singapore, Reinoud was the Managing Director of Surinaamse Brouwerij, a HEINEKEN subsidiary based in Suriname, South America. Prior to that he was the Marketing Manager at HEINEKEN Vietnam and held various commercial positions in Heineken Netherlands. He has lived, studied and worked across the world including USA, Belgium, China and Nigeria.
